Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery within Nairobi typically takes 1-3 business days. Deliveries outside Nairobi may take 3-7 business days depending on your location.

If customs or import duties are charged once the parcel leaves Kenya, these charges must be paid for by the recipient. Please notify Somvitamins if your order has not arrived after 5 working days.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately with a photo of the product and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
